The Expedition Program
The Expedition is designed to help busy managers create engaging workplaces, improve employee retention and re-ignite their own passion to lead. The program consists of two parts; the one-day seminar and the unique 12-week follow-up system. The program will equip front-line and mid-level managers to lower employee turnover and at the same time create a culture, which increases morale and productivity.
Keeping Your Team On The Mountain!"We were around 20,000ft trying to decide whether or not to continue to the summit. We were tired, dehydrated, but our leader made it harder to quit than it was to continue. If one of us quit now, the climb was over for everyone."You can win the war for talent. The Expedition is an inspiring way to train your managers how to reduce turnover and create workplaces of full engagement. “The best leadership seminar
I have attended.” Kiro Stojcevski – HR Manager

12 Week Follow-Up Guide
In addition to the seminar, the program comes with an innovative 12-week follow-up system designed for busy managers. The take home Expedition Guide walks you step-by-step through a 12-week process that will enable you to implement the principles from the workshop.
The Expedition Guide will help you identify the areas in your team and personal leadership that require the most attention in order to create a high-engagement workplace. Track your progress
An innovative scoring system helps you track your own progress, and provides you with a set of measures regarding your own leadership growth so you can see where you have improved over the 12-week program. The program has been designed for managers who are extremely busy and have very little time for ongoing leadership development.
Crazy busy or just really busy?
Two different tracks depending on your schedule
The 12-week guide also has two streams depending on how much time you have to devote to your development. For managers that are under an extreme workload, there is a streamlined track, which enables them to experience great results with limited time and resources. For those managers with a little more flexibility, the regular track features additional exercises to further their development.
