If you’re not happy with anything you’ve ordered then we’re not happy! And that wouldn’t be good, since, you know, we’re sort of in the business of making people happy. So if you would like a full refund please ship the product back to us collect within 30 days and we will refund the full cost. Please include the shipping packing slip and reason for the return. We will promise to make any refund adjustments within 15 days of receiving the products.
For international orders, we recommend you use registered mail so the package can be traced, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
Privacy Agreement
The Robbins Group keeps all of the contact information we collect strictly confidential. We will not sell, rent, exchange or give away your e-mail address or contact information with anyone outside of The Robbins Group.
For International Orders
Please note that all charges are in Canadian dollars. We do not add tax to your international order, so you may have to still pay your local taxes and custom charges.
Shipping Procedures
Products usually shipped within one week of your order. We will notify you if there are any delays expected beyond one week. Packages are shipped via ground mail using local postal services.
