The Summit
I first created The Summit back in 2004 as a way to stay focused on my goals. It has come to be a great tool for managers and leaders to help keep their priorities in front of them. I used to charge people to play The Summit, but recently I decided to let members of our community use it for free as a tool to improve their leadership and life skills.
When I asked my web developer to make this change they told me it was a day and half programming to change the coding which is around $1,200. This was more than I was willing to pay to give something away for free. So I asked the web developer to simply the change the price amount (which is easy to do) and I have subsequently set the price to $3.
The reason I set the price at $3 is I wanted to make it virtually free, but I also wanted to raise money for the Llama Lady and her family who live in a small village in the mountains of Bolivia. For those of you who have heard me speak, you know the story of this widowed mother of five. For everyone else, if you would like to know more about the Llama Lady and how you can make a difference by playing The Summit then click here.

Your adventure awaits.
The Summit™ takes the concept of goal setting and expresses it through the analogy of mountain climbing. Individuals (climbers) set goals for the next 8 or 12 weeks in their work and personal life. Then each week as you make progress on your supporting goals you make your way up the mountain.Complete enough of your most important activities each week and you make it to the next camp. However If you fail to stay focused on your most important priorities, you are going to pay consequences.
Sincerely
