James has launched a new program combining the latest in workplace excellence along with an experiential session high above the ground at Wild Play’s Monkido Tree Course.

The Program After an initial consultation James designs the training day around your most pressing needs. The training day consists of two interactive sessions separated by a unique outdoor component at Wild Play’s Monkido Tree Course.  The Monkido tree courses are elevated obstacle courses set in a beautiful Douglas Fir forest, and securely suspended between the trees at 10 to 60 feet off the ground! Some of the elements of the park include zip lines, suspended bridges, scramble nets and swinging. Using this environment as a backdrop enhances our learning  as we continue the program, focusing on team dynamics, commitment and overcoming plateaus. After our adventure in the trees the team enjoys lunch together before beginning the second interactive workshop  as we continue to solidify the elements to put into place which will help your team reach its personal best. This will be an event your team remembers for a long time.
